Finalize Award Budgets
You can identify the correct process by choosing the correct process that is named PC_WRAPPER, has your user ID and
the Run Date/Time that corresponds to the item you clicked the Finalized button. In most instances, you would navigate
to this screen within seconds of the Finalization and this should be the top process in the list.
