Zoom QuickStart Guide



               Zoom

               Zoom is a full-featured web and video conferencing service that offers online meetings and webinars.
               Emory University faculty, staff and students have access to a Pro license account via the single-sign on
               (SSO) portal at https://emory.zoom.us


               Features

                   •  High quality video, audio and screen sharing
                   •  Mobile app and Outlook plug-in
                   •  One touch to start or join meetings
                   •  Host meetings with up to 100 attendees internal and/or external to Emory
                   •  Local and international dial-in number available for audio conferencing


               Important:  If you are already paying for an individual Zoom license and it is registered to your Emory
               email address please see an IT representative for further instructions.

               Get Started
                   1.  Register your account by signing on at https://emory.zoom.us
                   2.  Create a unique Personal Meeting ID
                          a.  Login to https://emory.zoom.us/profile
                          b.  Select Edit next to Personal Meeting ID
                          c.  Enter your desired 10-digit personal ID number
                          d.  Click Save Changes
                   3.  Upload a photo to your profile
                          a.  Login to your Profile at https://emory.zoom.us/profile
                          b.  Click Change under your photo icon
                   4.  Install Zoom client on your device(s).  Go to Zoom Download Center or directly at
                       https://zoom.us/download#client_4meeting
