14. Update the appropriate budget information to reflect the continuation.
15. A new SpeedChart may have to be requested (this is required if any chartfields are a
new combination) before the budget is finalized. Click the Request New SpeedChart
button.
a. This triggers a workflow process for approval of the SpeedChart.
i. The SpeedChart must be approved before the budget is Finalized
16. Once the budget updates are complete, click on the Finalize button.
17. Click the OK button in the pop up
window.
