                                  REFUND & RESIDUAL TRANSFER FORMS


               If you are new to Emory or Research Administration, you may not have the proper security to access the
               forms. You will need to submit a Salesforce ticket to request access.

            7.  I no longer have the email notification that a Form is pending my approval. Is there another way
               to review and approve the request?

               Yes, there are two ways to access a request for approval.
                       1.  If the request has not been approved by a co-worker, you can access the form from your
                          Worklist

                       2.  Navigate to: Enterprise Components>Forms>Approve/Review a Form

                          Go to the Approval Status field and select Pending Approval from the drop-down menu
                          and click the Search button. The search results will display all requests pending your
                          approval.

            8.  How do I ad hoc an approver or reviewer into the workflow?

               If you are initiating a refund or residual request, complete the form and save it. Once saved, the
               Preview Approval button will appear. Click the Preview Approval button and the workflow approval
               map is displayed. Click the plus button    in the appropriate place in the workflow to insert the approver
               or reviewer.

               If you are approving a refund or residual request, access the form from the notification email or your

               worklist. The request will open with the workflow approval map displayed. Click the plus button    in the
               appropriate place in the workflow to insert the approver or reviewer.


            9.  How can I see a listing of all the requests that I have submitted?

               Navigate to the refund or residual request Search/Fill a Form page (this is the request entry page) and
               select the Find an Existing Value tab. Click the Search button and a listing of all your requests will
               appear in the search results.

            10. How can I see a listing of all requests that have been submitted?

               Use the following queries to view submitted refund and residual requests.
               1.  EU_GM_REFREQ_IN_PROC
               2.  EU_GM_REFREQ_NO_AWD_IN_PROC
               3.  EU_GM_RESREQ_IN_PROC
