How do I Generate an ENOA?

        Overview

Electronic Notice of Awards (eNOA) are generated when terms of a new or modified award are acceptable. The Post
Award Setup (PAS) prepares and distributes the eNOA associated with the award. The eNOA displays direct and indirect
funding, beginning and end dates and ChartField string associated with the award.
 It is expected that the generated eNOAs will be uploaded into Onbase using the Onbase virtual printer. The Onbase printer
drivers must be installed on your computer and your local computer account must have access to the Onbase printer.
 It is expected that the distribution of eNOAs to appropriate departments will be automated.

 Prior to upload, you must have generated eNOA in Compass and saved it to a storage location. The saved eNOA document
               will be used for upload.
