Drilldown on Expense Reports

1. Click the Expense Reports drilldown icon.

 The Expense Reports Drill page displays three tabs: Expenses, ChartFields and Additional Info.

a. The Expenses tab displays details of the Expense Report such as the Report ID, Employee ID and Name.

b. The ChartFields tab displays the accounting entries.

c. The Additional Info tab displays the amounts. The Monetary Amount is the amount to be posted to the ledger.
