How do I Determine the Status of a Journal
Overview
After creating a journal entry, you can view the status of a journal, view header information for the journal,
and view line details for the journal.
Navigation
General Ledger> Journals > Process Journals > Review Journal Status
Search for Journal to Review
1. Enter your Business Unit.
2. Enter the Journal ID you want to

3. Click the Search button.
The Journal Header displays

1. Review the Status field on the Budget Header page.
2. Review the Budget Status field on the Budget Header page
3. Click the Journal Lines tab.
The Journal Lines page displays. You can also review the budget status on the Journal Lines page.
