The Customer General Information page is displayed.
4. Click on the Details tab.
Verify the Letter of Credit (LOC) box is checked, and the Sponsor number is filled in under “Letter of Credit Sponsor”. If either of these
is missing, please refer to the job aid “Setup Letter of Credit Sponsor”.
