        Verify that Total Billing amount in the Contract Billing section is equal to the amount of the Award.


        37. Enter the Fixed Billing amount in the Fixed Billing field.


        38. For the Cost Reimbursable Contract Line (Line 1) enter total amount that can be billed in the
            Billing Limit field.


        39. For the Fixed Price Contract Line (Line 2) enter the total amount to that is to be billed on a
            fixed basis in the Billing Amount field.


                The Fixed Price and Cost Reimbursable lines together should equal the Total Billing amount.

        40. Select the Recalculate button.


                In the Fixed Price Billing section the Allocation should display as “Complete” if the amounts are correct.

        41. Click the Save button.


        42. Select the Return to Contract Terms link.
