How do I Setup a Hybrid Contract?
101. Select the Billing Inquiry phone number.
102. Select the appropriate Billing Specialist.
103. Click the Save button.
104. Click on the Events tab.

105. Check the Amount radio button in the Define Events section
Verify Event Status (Should be Pending)
Verify the Amount of the event (Should be equal to the contract line Billing Amount total).
Note: Additional events can be added here but then must sum to the Total Amount on the billing plan
106. Click on Return to General Information link.
