Correcting and Submitting the Cart
1. Correct all errors indicated in the cart History and save your changes. If your cart is returned by the system (verses an approver), use the chart below to identify the actions you need to take.

•The Account Code used is not a University expensible account code. Please access the Accounting Codes link on the Checkout page and edit the Account Code field. Save before you Place Order.
• The Activity for the Speed Chart entered is closed for orders. Please access the Accounting Codes link on the Checkout page and edit the Speed Chart field to reflect the current Activity year and replace your request.. Save before you Place Order.
•The grant funds for this request are federal and the supplier is not registered in SAM. The supplier will need to register at www.sam.gov before you can submit your order. This is a federal requirement.
•The Office of Foreign Assets Controls has blocked transactions with this supplier. Replace your request with another supplier or contact Procurement Services for assistance in sourcing an alternate supplier.
•Your activity is ending within 60 days. Please access the General link on the Checkout page and edit the Grants Purchase Validation field. Check the validation box and Save before you Place Order.
•You are purchasing Capital Equipment, however the Asset Management information is missing. Please access the Accounting Codes link on the Checkout page and edit the Asset Management field. Enter the Location of User and Custodian. For assistance on ordering Capital Equipment, refer to the How do I Order Capital Equipment? job aid.
2. When you have corrected all errors, click the Place Order button.
