How do I Check for Active HR Distributions for a non-Grant Project?
Overview
The Compass PC Project Inactivates page allows you to verify that a project is eligible for closing by alerting you to open items (outstanding AP checks, Expense Reports, Encumbrances, Accounts Receivable) or active HR Distributions. This job aid will help you identify when an active HR distribution exists and provide the steps needed to update the Project SpeedType on the HR record(s). Please note that any non-grant project close requests may not have open HR Distributions and will not be approved until they are updated. Grant projects do not require this step.
