        How Do I Use the Collections Workbench?


        Overview

        The Collections Workbench is a central work space that presents a complete view of each customer. Collectors
        can perform their day-to-day activities, including accessing and completing action items directly from the
        Collections Workbench.

        Navigation


               Navigator > Accounts Receivable > Collections Workbench

        1.  Enter GRANT in the SetID field.

        2.  Enter GRANT in the Unit field.

        3.  Enter the Customer/Sponsor in the Customer field or search for the appropriate
            Customer/Sponsor.

        4.  Click the Search button.

        The Customer Details are displayed.
