The space behind the grocery store is utilized for various programs, such as after-school activities and Zumba classes. However, the grocery store cannot operate concurrently with these programs due to scheduling conicts, limiting its availability to the community. With its dedicated space, the grocery store can be open ve days a week, offering essential resources to the community without interruption. This expansion increases access to groceries and enhances the overall capacity to serve by ensuring vital services are available consistently throughout the week.
It is currently used for multiple programs. With a dedicated space for each program, we can estimate a signicant increase in capacity. For example, if each program presently uses the classroom for 5 hours per week, and there are four programs, that's a total of 20 hours. Each program could operate simultaneously with dedicated spaces, effectively quadrupling the capacity.
Similar to the downstairs classroom, providing dedicated spaces for each program would allow for simultaneous operation and a signicant increase in capacity. Using the same example above, if each program currently uses the space for 10 hours per week and has seven programs, that's a total of 70 hours. With dedicated spaces, we could see a similar increase in capacity.
