For ISF students, “Dreams Do Come True” is more than a gala tagline —it’s a declaration of possibility. Many of these young people face financial, social, and educational barriers that can make higher education or career goals feel out of reach. This theme reminds them— and the community—that with the right support, perseverance, and opportunity, their aspirations are not only valid but achievable.
