Thank You To Our Phase I Supporters
This project exists because of the leadership of Councilmember Chad West
and skatepark Board Member Ryan Schorman, the support of the Dallas Park
and Recreation Board, and the tireless advocacy of community volunteers
who believed Oak Cliff deserved a world-class skatepark.
Together, private donors, local advocates, and the City of Dallas secured
the $1.8 million to bring the first phase to life.
Most importantly, the vision has been shaped by the young people of Oak
Cliff who have long waited for a place to skate, gather, and build
community in their own neighborhood.
