Major lenders, such as Halifax, Nationwide and

NatWest have withdrawn all lending over 80%

LTV (loan to value) and some of the smaller

lenders have shut their doors completely until

they can get a better understanding of what

the future holds

The BTL market has felt the crunch as some of

their biggest players have pulled back from

lending until they too can get a feel for what

tye of world we will end up with.

There is some good news though; for those that

have the required deposit. Lenders have never

had lower interest rates;
