challenged by the supplier if a client requests the same date.

Additional items will be needed to complete the proposed event. Hello! Destination Management will assist in
coordinating these items on behalf of client, but please note that client is responsible for charges levied by the Walt
Disney World Swan and its contracted providers. These rates are not controlled by Hello! Destination Management.
Please contact your hotel/venue representative for estimated costs for electrical & rigging services, drayage,
shipping, and entertainment riders (i.e., electrical, staging, backline, sound, lighting, and green room with beverages
and/or meals)
