        Experience Inclusions
        All Hello! Destination Management photography experiences include on-site coordination.
        •   (2) Professional Photographer with equipment – 7 consecutive hours of photography each day, with 1 hour for
            setup time - Photographer capable of 30-45 headshots per hour
        •   Lights and Background Kit
        •   4 photos of each attendee/1 with ID/4 total without ID/2 from each side.
        •   Single user secure download link emailed 3-5 business days post event to onsite contact; one person has access
            to link- not multiuser - images available for 30 days on link- client to download images from link
        •   Full usage rights to images
        •   Parking Fees for off-site parking time/transfer

        Availability
        Photography is on hold and subject to availability until contracted. Signed contract and logo/theme/verbiage is due
        no later than March 31, 2025, to ensure availability.

        Client to Provide

         •   Minimum space required 12’ x 15’ area.
         •   (1) 30 inch Round
         •   (1) table/chair with access to power for computer tech
         •   Background color selections – White, Blue, Dark Blue, Gray

       Fine Points
        •   All costs are based on a single-day event, and 3-hour photography booking minimum, unless otherwise noted.
        •   Account manager to notify client each day of attendee count.
        •   No vendor parking is permitted at the hotel
        •   Specific load in instructions/dock space to be assigned
        •   Additional time needs to be accounted for vendors riding the shuttle over from designated parking location.
        •   The photographer will need to drop of the light kit and then park off site.
        •   USB with photos will be mailed 10-15 days post event.
        •   All inclusions, prices, and policies are subject to change until contracted.
