P. 2

As a company, AGM stone prides itself on our own high standards, but also on an unrivalled passion for the trade and Scotland’s Natural Heritage.
With our masons having cut their teeth on some of Scotland’s most prestigious buildings over the years; Kelvingrove Art Gallery, National Museum
of Scotland, Inverness Townhouse, Eilean Donan Castle and Burgh Halls to name but a few. We have compiled a team of experts with vast
knowledge and strong ethics with regards to the preservation and integrity of our buildings. A huge advocate of traditional methods, we endorse
strictly the use of entirely natural materials and retaining these historic buildings purely with these methods and processes.

Please see attached various quali cations and accreditations. We trust these will aid in the assurances we give of top-quality workmanship to go
with a vast knowledge and extensive background in the stone industry but speci cally conservation and restoration. Many of the a liations and
accreditations below we are among the only or within a very small few in the country to be listed.

We take our heritage skills training and development extremely seriously and with great passion, right down throughout our whole team, to
every individual. We are a huge advocate of training and development and currently have a number of apprentices on our books with some going
on to represent their college/AGM stone at national skills competitions. Our apprentices attend an HES college on a full apprenticeship
programme working towards being fully Heritage & Conservation accredited stonemasons. We currently put more stonemasonry apprentices
through than any other private sector company in Scotland and seek to increase this. In addition to this, we operate a partnership with
‘Compagnon Du Devoir’, a historic French organisation who produce traditional master craftsmen. AGM employ and house the Compagnon’s in
Scotland on a 12-month placement where they enhance their knowledge further and work alongside our Scottish masons, learning both cultural
and practical skills. Our a liation and relationship with both Historic Environment Scotland & Compagnon Du Devoir, given their respected
History and Prestige in International Heritage and Conservation, is something we are incredibly proud of.

If you seek any further information on either myself or the business, in terms of references, project pro les or even to meet and demonstrate our
knowledge, skill and passion further and in more detail, please don’t hesitate to ask.

            My kind regards,
            Andrew MacDonald
