From The Desk of HR
Message from the General Manager:
Good Day Team,
I hope you are all staying safe throughout these challenging times. The resort
is quiet without you all here but know that our Team of Associates who have
volunteered to stay on property till April 11th are doing a great job
protecting the resort, watering the landscape, checking on all building
systems and taking good care of each other.
They are staying so that everyone of us can remain home and take care of ourselves and our families.
Many of us may be feeling trapped under these circumstances, frustrated and angry. Those are normal
feelings in such times but we must be patient, kind and supportive of one another and our community.
Please make sure you limit your outings to necessities only (supermarket, pharmacy…). Follow the social
distancing rules in your neighborhood and take every precaution at all times (hand washing, sneezing/
coughing in your elbow, sanitizing and more…) to ensure your safety and the safety of your family.
This is the reality that we live in today and we must maintain both our physical and mental health in
order to come out stronger when all this passes. Spend time enjoying your family, exercise, learn
something new everyday whether it is online cooking, reading a book or honing a new skill. Make your
time count and be productive… now is a good time to organize photos, paint a wall, clean a closet or trim
the yard (safely).
Our Human Resources Department will be in constant contact with everyone via email and I encourage
everyone to keep in touch with your respective Department Heads and fellow teammates. I ask you to
please not believe rumors and information you receive unofficially. All official decisions in Aruba are on:

Together we shall endure and overcome this pandemic to come out of it stronger, ready to live normal
lives and create memorable vacations once again, soon.
Please feel free to WhatsApp me or any member of our EC team if you have any questions or concerns.
Stay Well,
Joe
