Our current president Margaret Goodwin
(Britishpride) has given 34 years to our club,
alongside her husband Billy. Britishpride’s
successes and achievements we cannot fail to
mention and their affix is a familiar name you will
see dating back decades on many a pedigree.

We regularly draw high numbers of both entries
and spectators and ensure that everyone
is made to feel welcome. We are a family
friendly club and also a proud member of the
bulldog breed council. We endorse the breed
council health testing scheme and are here to
offer advice and guidance. We welcome any
questions that people may have as no question
is a pointless question. There are a lot of
misconceptions in our breed and it’s important
that the correct information is given to all.

of successes with their own individual kennels,
at all levels. Britishpride, Baalzebul, Margobull,
Ruakuri, and Sebyan are the affixes of our
officers which are very often seen awarded
honours at shows all over the country.

We have a wealth of experience within the
committee, who are happy to give advice for
anyone wanting to become part of the bulldog
family. Whether it’s for purchasing, showing,
puppy rearing or just to talk bulldogs.
