3.9 Completing the HAP Pack / paperwork:
Section A: You Submit
Section B: Landlord Submits
●Proof of income for all household members over 18.
● Completed bank standing order if you are working or Household budget form if you are on welfare. This is to organise your rent (15% of your income)
●In Dublin - up to date HNA (Housing Need Assessment) from your Local Authority. You get this by sending your four most recent payslips to your local authority. A HNA letter stays valid for 1 month.
● The landlord completes this section.
● Bank header for the landlord
● Proof of ownership for the landlord.
● Tax clearance certificate
● Send in the completed HAP paperwork to your council
● With Regular HAP it can take a few weeks. The HAP will not be
back-date
● With homeless HAP it takes approx. 10 working days. The payment is back-dated
