What is a Rage Room?
how does it work?
Each session starts with some safety gear. After the protective gear has been donned
there is a safety brief. Once everyone knows the rules, you will pick your weapons. Next
you can crank up the music and SMASH the S#!^ out of things. Each guest is given a
bucket full of glass, dishes, electronics, anything you can think of we probably have it.
The rooms always have some larger items to bash but, because safety is our top
priority, there is nothing dangerous in the rooms.
Rage Room benefits..
We all have stress whether it is from work, home, or anything else. Its helpful to release
this tension in constructive (or safely destructive) ways. So rather than breaking your
own stuff or just taking your stress out on something a bit less beneficial, try a rage
room. We see results within minutes of breaking the first item. We provide a safe space
to do the usually frowned upon. Our guests come out feeling like a new person with
whatever weight they were carrying lifted off their shoulders.
