cultural events. Jam at DelFest, one the nation’s premier bluegrass/roots
music festivals or the Tri-State Wing-Off, with unique chicken wing
flavors and nationally touring musical acts. Attend the Appalachian
Festival, celebrating the best of Mountain Maryland’s traditional arts,
culture, music, history, and natural environment, or Cumberland’s
Whiskey Rebellion and Heritage Days Festivals, celebrating the rich
history of Cumberland and George Washington’s time here. Enjoy a live
performance at one of Cumberland’s local theaters, or engage with
diverse and multicultural performing artists through Frostburg State
University’s Cultural Events Series program. No matter the season, there
