 GIRLS LACROSSE RECAP
 VARSITY GIRLS LACROSSE
This season was about committing to a goal of winning the state championship and working together to get there. This team was a sisterhood. They trusted each other and bought into our goals for success. With all the distractions surrounding our players and missing last year’s season, we were able to stay focused and stay together. It was very special.
JUNIOR VARSITY GIRLS LACROSSE
The JV girls’ lacrosse team had an exciting and competitive season, finishing with a record of 4-6. The Hawks battled hard throughout their 10 games, showing improvement and drive after each experience. The girls fought every game, honing their skills from practice and learning from mistakes. Our record doesn’t reflect the determination and persistence shown when facing challenging opponents.
8TH GRADE GIRLS LACROSSE
The 8th grade girls’ lacrosse team played with purpose and en- ergy throughout the season. They faced some extremely difficult competition but always worked hard, played tough and stayed positive. By the season’s end, they were a strong, cohesive and formidable team. A special thank you to all those who played in goal!
7TH GRADE GIRLS LACROSSE
The 7th grade girls worked hard all season and it showed in their games. They displayed mastery of the fundamentals of lacrosse: accelerating through ground balls, patient passing, defensive rides originating in the attack zone, and defensive crashes in the eight to name a few. All of which contributed to their undefeated season. A special thanks to all of those who took a turn in the goal!
