      GRADY MULLIGAN
Grady has played lacrosse for Latin since he joined our community in 9th grade. He has continually developed and has become one of the team’s top defend- ers, excelling in stripping the ball from many of our opponents and in battling for ground balls. Grady’s hard work in the weight room and his off-season prepara- tion have been a very good example for our younger players. He applies instruc- tion well and has always been a player the coaches could count on and will head to Texas Christian University
DEAN OMIRLY
Dean started playing lacrosse at Latin in 7th grade and showed potential to become a great defender. In his fresh- man year as a wrestler, Dean was the only member of the state champion- ship wrestling team to win an individual title. He chose to focus on his wrestling development in his sophomore year, but we were thrilled to have him return to lacrosse as a junior. Dean brought strength and toughness to our defense, and added character and dependabil- ity to our lacrosse program. We wish Dean the very best as he heads to Wesleyan University next year where he will continue his education and his wrestling career.
SULLIVAN PHILLIPS
Sullivan, or Sully, came to Latin from Connecticut to begin middle school. The youngest of a great family of Latin athletes, the coaches saw Sully’s po- tential right away. He had a sparkle in his eye as a young boy, excited about lacrosse and soccer. A knee injury side- lined Sully for the 2020 Covid season, but the coaches were glad when he returned as a senior. As a two-sport athlete, Sully has been a strong con- tributor to Hawks athletics. He has very good field vision and led the lacrosse team with assists. Sully will attend the University of Alabama next year.
