Stephen Tarimo has represented the ULRA in Moshi, Tanzania, for over 20 years. Recently, he has been able to reach out and organize the work in local schools and develop excellent leadership in many parishes in the diocese. The response to his efforts has been miraculous. In August 2016, he had a Diocesan LeadershipConference and the turnout was enthusiastic andserious. There are 51 parishes in thediocese and they have reached only 16 so far. Their goal is to reach every parish in the diocese. Stephen%u2019sefforts have beensteadfast for such a long time. We thank God that we were able to provide him with a copy machine. In this way, the work will spread now at a much greater speed. He helped us translate a book on the HolyRosaryandSt. Philomenain Swahili. On August 13, his members in Moshi went onpilgrimage in honor of St. Philomena. The route was about a mile on mountainousterrane without food or water, and they gathered pilgrims all along the way. The statue of Our Lady was carried with several banners and there were prayers and songs as they proceeded to Ngangu Hill to make the Stations of the Cross, pray theRosary and attend Holy Mass. Nearly, the whole day was spent. Many who took part reported miraculous cures. The Living Rosary work is mushrooming in Moshi. We ask everyone in that area to contact Stephen directly for information and Sacramentals: PATTIMELVINTHE UNIVERSAL LIVING ROSARY Stephen Tarimo P.O. Box 1459Moshi, Tanzania, E. Africa
