VOIPFONE was founded in 2004 to develop and retail Internet Telephone Services for small businesses using VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) technology.
With Voipfone, small businesses can move their telephone services to
the cloud and have secure telephony that can be set up simply, quickly
and cheaply. They can order our phone services via our web-based control panel and have a fully functioning, hosted telephone service within minutes. Anyone can use Voipfone – from a brand new start-up simply needing

Core to our product di erentiation is the Package BuilderTM. This is a unique and complex piece of home-grown technology that allows customers to build their own service to t their needs exactly. All our competitors sell xed bundles of services for a xed price, which is easy to bill, but means
that almost without exception, customers will be paying for services that they won’t use. With Voipfone, xed pricing is no longer a constraint.
The Package BuilderTM integrates with our Self- Service Virtual PBX so that customers can add and subtract features at will and pay only for what they need. This allows new customers – often new businesses – to experiment without commitment, provides a migration path
to a professional, managed service and allows customers to grow or downsize without penalty, inconvenience or cost.
