First you have to choose your topic. In this case you are going to think of a problem.
You can choose:
• A problem in your school
• A problem in your city
• A problem in your country
• Any other problem you feel strongly about
Examples of this could be persuading your school for longer recess or your city for better sport facilities in your city, your country for shorter school year, etc.
1. Make a list of your strongest points.

3. Think of your audience. Who are you trying to convince? What
would be the best approach to persuade them?
