  Conjugating Verbs in the Present
Remember: He, she, and it are singular pronouns. Examples:
    • The main purpose for learning how to conjugate a verb is so we can speak and write correctly.
• Remember, our subject and verb have to agree.
            I look You look He looks She looks It looks They look
I live You live He lives She lives It lives They live
I answer You answer He answers She answers It answers They answer
I order You order He orders She orders It orders They order
 Simple Past Tense
When the action already happened, the verb is in the past. Usually we add –ed when we talk about the past.
Examples:
       I looked You looked He looked She looked It looked They looked
I lived You lived He lived She lived It lived They lived
The ball dropped to the ground near the edge of the well.
A long time ago in a far away land lived a King whose daughters were all very pretty. She looked to see where the voice came from.
