11. Describe the moment when Juliet speaks to herself. To what is she being compared? Why?
Romeo says she is an angel, because up high in her balcony, that’s how she looks
to him.
12. What does Juliet say she would give-up to be with Romeo?
She agonizes that Romeo is a Montague so she says that if he cannot stop being that she would no longer be a Capulet.
13. What does Romeo mean when he says “there is more peril in your eyes than in twenty of their swords”?
He means that his love for her could make him go through anything, that by just looking at him she has him at her command and he would gladly risk the men with swords for her.
14. What pact do they make that night under the balcony?
They will get secretly married early that morning. Juliet will send a messenger to him to get the time and place of their wedding.
