About the Author


                                 Christopher Hudson is an attorney with his
                                 principal office in Augusta, Georgia. Chris is
                                 licensed in Georgia and South Carolina and

                                 handles a variety of plaintiff personal injury
                                 matters.  Chris has owned and managed his own
                                 law practice, Christopher J. Hudson, LLC, since

            July 2005.  Chris concentrates his law practice on representing injured
            persons, specializing in the areas of automobile accidents, trucking
            accidents, motorcycle accidents, wrongful death, personal injury, and

            workers’ compensation.  Chris began his legal career in 2003 with
            Fulcher, Hagler, Reed, Hanks, & Harper, LLP, a medium-sized law firm

            in Augusta, Georgia, where he practiced civil litigation and workers’
            compensation defense.
                   In addition to his law practice, Chris is also the Chief Municipal

            Court Judge for the Cities of Blythe, Wrens, Waynesboro, and Stapleton,
            Georgia.  Chris also served as an Associate Magistrate Judge for the

            Columbia County Magistrate Court from 2012-2017.
                   Chris was born in Augusta, Georgia in 1975, and has been a
            resident of Columbia County, Georgia, nearly all his life. Chris

            graduated high school from Lakeside-Evans High in 1994.  Following
            high school, Chris attended Augusta State University for two years
            before finishing his undergraduate studies at the University of Georgia,

            where he graduated in 2000 with a B.A. in Political Science, with honors.
                   Following college, Chris attended the Walter F. George School
            of Law at Mercer University in Macon, Georgia.  During law school,

            Chris served as Managing Editor of the Mercer Law Review, and
