Quality Policy

WISE Control Inc. is a company engaged in the development, manufacturing and sales of a range of
measuring controllers and indicators that measure and indicate pressures, temperatures and flows in
various industrial fields as well as after-sales service. It is not only to recognize the fact that
“Customer satisfaction is the highest value and the top priority for the Company to accomplish”, but to
achieve corporate development through customer satisfaction.

■ Establishment of Quality Goal

■ Compliance with the requirements of quality management system and continuous
improvement of the system

■ Continuous promotion of system to staff

I, the CEO of the Company, shall assign a quality management representative to establish and implement a
quality management system for the Company in accordance with the corporate quality policy, quality goal,
ISO 9001:2008, ATEX 94/9/EC and PED 97/23/EC standards, and grant him or her the responsibility and
authority to verify and report the implementation status of the quality management system. In order to
ensure the system to be effective and appropriate, I shall receive reports from the representative, have
consultation with him or her, develop appropriate action to take and implement it as planned.
All corporate staff shall not only be familiar with the corporate quality policy, quality goal and quality
management system requirements, but apply them to daily activities to provide customers services of
excellent quality, and shall devote their utmost efforts to establish, maintain and implement a quality
management system which ensures continuous quality improvement in response to customer requirments.
