P. 16
Sanos found the treasure box was on the hands of a sea
horse. “It’s mine!” The prince would like to get it. But the
treasure box was just like a heavy stone that he couldn’t move
it. Sanos tried many times to open it but failed. “What
happened?” he said.
The sea horse said, “if you get the box, you can make a
wish but you need to do something for loving the ocean.” “Of
course, I will. It’s my kingdom.” Sanos thought he loved the
ocean but the sea horse didn’t agree. So the sea horse uses a
magic to show the scene of the damaged ocean to Sanos.
Q1: "The seagull’s mouth was tangled by a plastic rope. It
couldn’t eat anything." (Try it out)
Look over there. Sanos saw some black seagulls fetching
on the surface of the water. “Why do the seagulls look black?”
“The seagulls were stuck on the black oil surface which was
spilled from those ships.” said the sea horse.
“Oh, no! I felt so surprised!”
