She is a member of Delta Pi Chapter, where she has been for twenty-eight

(28) years. Until her retirement in 2011, she worked for Newark Public
School District as the Computer Teacher/Technology Coordinator at
Vailsburg Middle School and West Side High School. She enjoys
gathering vegetables from the City School Farmers Program and
delivering them to Senior Citizens of East Orange; donating school
supplies to students in South Africa. Her talents include dancing with the
Senior Citizens Silver Slippers Dance Group, entertaining at nursing
homes, parties and other functions throughout Essex and Union Counties.
She is a member of Mount Olive Baptist Church. As a survivor of the
Coronavirus-19, she believes nothing is impossible, if only you believe in
yourself and trust in God.
