ARTICLE VII

MEETINGS
Club meeting shall be held on the second Tuesday of each month beginning in March
and ending in December

ARTICLE VIII

COMMITTEES
Sec. 1 There shall be the following committees: Programs, Budget, Conservation and
any other desired.

Sec. 2 Committee Chairs shall be appointed by the President.

ARTICLE IX

Seven members shall constitute a quorum.

ARTICLE X

This Constitution, by-Laws, and Standing Rules shall be read at the first meeting in
March.

ARTICLE XI
This Constitution may be amended at any regular meeting by 2/3 of the members
present.

ARTICLE XII

PARLIAMENTARY AUTHORITY
Robert’s Rule of Order, Newly Revised, shall apply in all cases to which they are
applicable and not inconsistent with the rules of this society.

BY-LAWS

I.

Club meetings shall include programs relating to the purpose for which the Club is
organized.

II

One copy of the Constitution, By-Laws, and Standing Rules shall be a permanent part
of the Secretary’s book, one copy will be placed with the President, this copy to be
given to the succeeding President.

III

These by-Laws may be amended by 2/3 vote of members present at any regular
meeting.
