positive affirmations
Affirmations are encouraging words or statements in the practice of positive thinking and
self-empowerment. Positive statements can help you to challenge and overcome negative thoughts. When
you repeat positive statements often, and believe in them, you can start to make positive changes.
Use different colored pencils to write down at least THREE positive affirmations for yourself. You
can keep these in a journal, tape them to a mirror, somewhere you will see every day to remind
yourself of your affirmations!
