          self-empowerment. Positive statements can help you to challenge and overcome negative thoughts. When

              you repeat positive statements often, and believe in them, you can start to make positive changes.

         Use ​different colored pencils to write down at least ​THREE positive affirmations for yourself. You














         can keep these in a journal, tape them to a mirror, somewhere you will see every day to remind








         yourself of your affirmations!
