conflicts; health; other personal situations; or other business reasons. Temporary transfers may be made at the
discretion of the Consortium management.

An employee may be eligible to request a transfer and to be considered for a promotion upon completion of 12
months of satisfactory job performance. (However, a transfer may take place within the first six (6) months of

employment if the management of the Consortium believes that it is in the best interest of the Consortium to make
an exception to this guideline.) Your eligibility is also dependent, of course, on your having the needed skills,
education, experience and other qualifications that are required for the job.
