Miscellaneous
Business Expense Reimbursement
To the extent expense accounts or other business expense reimbursements are required and
approved in advance by the CEO for business related expenses, business expense
reimbursement will be administered consistent with the IRS, FAR, DFAS and JTR regulations.
Employees are expected to spend the Company’s money wisely and make an effort to save
money. You must keep a receipt or some other proof of payment for every expense. Your
supervisor can assist you in determining whether an expense is appropriate. Submit receipts,
along with an expense report within 7 work days of incurring the expense. The designated staff
member will process for approval and payment. Your supervisor will provide training on the
rules and steps for expense reporting. Reimbursements are processed on a weekly basis.
Public Relations and Media Contacts
Public Relations is coordinated by the Executive Team. Any contacts by the news media, ideas
for news, or feature stories, and requests for programs or tours, should be referred to the
Executive Team.
Employee Notices
You can find important information about the Company and your employment posted on the
company’s web site under the employee’s tab and the notice board in the Hallway across from
the facility restrooms. This is also the place where we post important information regarding our
Facility Security updates and notices from our FSO along with your employment legal rights,
including information about equal employment opportunity laws and wage and hour laws. We
expect all employees to read the posted notices periodically. If you need assistance locating
employee notices or have questions about the information they contain, contact your
supervisor, Human Resources, or any member of management.
This designated notice board is for company related information and notices to employees only.
All material posted on these boards require prior approval from Human Resources. Employees
may not post notices of a personal nature, e.g., party invitations, items for sale, invitations to
meetings outside of work, etc., on the designated bulletin board.
Using the Internet
The Company may provide you with computer equipment and capabilities, including Internet
access, to help you perform your job. This policy governs your use of that equipment to access
the Internet.
