Where is the furniture made?
Woods Furniture is proudly manufactured in Australia to the highest of industry standards and is dispatched from our Melbourne factory.

I saw a piece of furniture on your website, can I have it in another colour, shape or size?
Absolutely, all our furniture is made to order so we can best accommodate a large array of finishes and dimensions to best suit your space.

Can you assist us in designing a learning space to suit our teachers and student’s needs?
It’s our passion to collaborate with educators to design an environment that enables students to reach their full learning potential. Using the
buildings architectural floorplans, we can offer rendered computer drawings illustrating the possibilities for creating a flexible and functional
space that best suits your teaching methods.

We aren’t located in victoria, can we still order furniture?
Our furniture can be freighted anywhere in Australia and New Zealand. We have a network of furniture freighters that can carefully and
professionally deliver our furniture directly into your learning environment.

How long will my order take?
Our furniture is made for each customer as they order. Therefore, delivery times can vary dependent on how busy we are at the time of
order placement. Generally, we quote Queensland customers between 6-8 weeks from order placement.

What are the payment terms?
We offer all account customers 30-day payment terms from receiving delivery of their furniture.

What’s your product warranty period?
We believe in the quality of our product so much that we stand behind our 10-year manufacturer’s warranty. If anything breaks, just call us
and we will be happy to replace it free of charge.
