FIRECRACKER SHRIMP




      6 oz. 26-30 ct. shrimp       Combine Shrimp and egg wash and then toss into fish fry to coat. Fry shrimp until golden brown. In a
      ½ cup egg wash               saucepan, combine sweet chili sauce and heavy cream and bring to a boil. Whisk together to mix.
      ½ cup fish fry               After shrimp are fried, toss with sauce in a mixing bowl. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve
      ½ cup sweet chili sauce      with wonton chips.

      ½ cup heavy cream
      Green onion, chopped
