STRAWBERRY PECAN CAKE




      Cake:                          Cake:
      1 box white cake mix           Preheat the oven to 350°F. Mix all cake ingredients together in a large bowl. Grease three
      1 box strawberry jello (small)  (3) 8” or 9” cake pans and evenly distribute the mix in each pan. Bake in the oven for 30
                                     minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow it to
      1 cup vegetable oil
                                     cool before frosting.
      ½ cup milk
      4 eggs                         Frosting:
      1 cup frozen strawberries, thawed  Mix all the ingredients together and spread between layers and on top of cake.

      1 stick oleo (margarine)
      1 box of powdered sugar
      1 cup frozen strawberries, thawed

        and drained
      ½ cup coconut
      ½ cup pecans
