We classify the industries in a quadrant. Top right are the industries that have had a growth above the average in the long (11 years) and in the short term (this year). In the bottom right are those with a good growth in the long term but not this year. In the top left are those with a good growth this year but not in the long term. And in the left bottom are those industries with a performance below average both in the long and the short term. Clearly, industries with a high growing rate are interesting, but those with a below average growth rates can be the opportunity if we expect a recovery in these industries in the coming year.
