From Sap to Syrup

Pilcher Park Nature Center
Enjoy pancakes, sausage, and 100% pure maple
syrup! Come for maple syrup making and tree tapping demonstrations. Breakfast is available for the entire length of the program. When purchasing tickets online, choose a purchaser and click on ENROLLMENT OPTIONS to make your purchase.

Flashlight Easter Egg Hunt
Thursday, April 11, 7:15 – 8pm
Inwood Sports Complex (Softball Fields)
Think you’re too old and too cool for the typical egg hunt? Here is a hunt just for you! Bring your  ashlight and basket as you search for eggs in the dark only using your  ash- light. Hunt will go rain or shine, dress appropriately for the weather. Pre registration is necessary!

Earth Day Celebration
Saturday, April 27. 12 – 3pm
Pilcher Park Nature Center
Celebrate the environment! Join us for wild ower hikes, pulling invasive plants, playing games, making crafts out of recycled materials, and visiting earth-wise vendors with great information. The stewardship portion is a good opportunity for community service hours for high school, scout groups, and church groups. Learn why it is important to preserve habitats and good to recycle. Let’s learn how to help Mother Earth!
