Lifeguard Training
This combination of classroom activities and water skills sessions will prepare you to recognize and respond to emergencies. Upon success- ful completion of the class, participants will receive American Red Cross Lifeguarding/First Aid Certification and CPR/AED certification.

All sessions are 30 minutes in duration. Payment must be received by the Joliet Park District at the first scheduled lesson. Any participant who misses a session without a 24 hour notice will be charged for the session. If participant is late for the session this may cause the session to be shortened by that amount of time.
Group
There may be up to 2 participants per instructor. All participants are to participate as one group during the same lesson. Participants must be within one skill level of each other.
Lessons are not transferable to other participants.

Underwater Swimming Analysis
View your technique below the water with a Private Underwater Swim Analysis. The instructor will videotape up to 2 strokes during a 1⁄2 hour lesson. The video feedback by the instructor will be sent to the swimmer via YouTube link for private viewing by the swimmer.
