Inclusion
The Joliet Park District supports the rights
of people with special needs to participate
in any program. Any adult or child must adhere to the guidelines of that particular program. The Joliet Park District believes that all members of the community are entitled to have equal leisure opportunities. For information on the inclusion process, please contact Katie Dillon or Kathy Green with Special Recreation of Joliet and Channahon (SRJC), at 815-741-7275 ext. 175 or 169. Any accommodations and expectations will be discussed prior to the start of a program.
Park Pavilion Rentals
The Joliet Park District’s park pavilions are available on a “first come, first served” basis and may be reserved in advance for your special picnic, family reunion or get together! Reservations may be made the first business day after January 1 for rentals taking place in the same calendar year. Reservation fees are $50R/$100N. Rental contracts and guidelines for park pavilion use may be secured at the Presence Inwood Athletic Club Front Desk for Inwood Park, West Park, Nowell Park, Pilcher Park/Bird Haven, Hartman, College Park, Marquette Gardens, Ridgewood, Theodore Crossings, Heggie and Inwood Gazebo.
