Get on the “fast track” to weight loss and get in shape for summer during this 4-week program. Meeting at ATI Field at Joliet Memorial Stadium, this cardio-intensive workout utilizes stairs, bleachers, and the track and field to increase cardio endurance, speed, and to burn calories.
