The Blue Tides is a swim team for those 18 and older of all swim levels; tness, competitive, and triathletes. This is a great way to get in shape and achieve your swimming goals with the camaraderie of a team and coached practices for motivation.

Facility Program
This combination of classroom activities and water skills sessions will prepare you to recognize and respond to emergencies. Upon successful comple- tion of the class, participants will receive American Red Cross Lifeguarding/First Aid Certi cation and CPR/AED certi cation.
