Make Memories at Richwood

Situated on 117 acres and overlooking the
hills of Kentucky and the Ohio River, Richwood on the
River gives the charm and feel of days gone by.

The Main House built by Samuel Fearn III in 1850, is a
wonderful space for our couples to spend the morning
of their wedding getting ready and enjoying breakfast
with their family and friends; the property can sleep
42 people overnight. Our Carriage House reception
area can accommodate up to 150 guests with elegant
touches and the simple rustic charm of a country
estate. The bricked outdoor terrace boasts a double-
sided fireplace where guests may enjoy a gourmet
s’mores bar at the rehearsal dinner or bourbon and
cigars the night of the reception.

Richwood on the River also offers an expansive back
lawn area where tented events up to 400 can take
place as well as many different areas for an outside
ceremony. Richwood on the River hosts 40-50 events
each year. We enjoy the opportunity to assist our
couple with event planning and the peace of mind
knowing our team will take care of all your needs.
